Castable Single Sphere Micro – OT Cap – Rhein 83

OT Cap – Castable Single Sphere (Ø 1.8mm) is used by Dental Technicians to cast an Attachment Ball.

Instruction to use Castable Single Sphere Micro

These Spheres are normally placed on post or UCLA Abutments. After production of the male, a cap and a housing will be used to prepare the restoration side.

Caps are placed in the restorations through Mono OT Box Housing/Stainless Steel Housing/Titanium Housing. The Housings will take place inside of the restoration during the production process.

The Housing keeps the cap more durable and also replaceable in the restoration.

This Cap is inserted into or removed from Housings using  Inserter/Remover Tool for Caps. This tool has a hook head to grab and remove the caps and inserter head which is used to insert the cap into housing.
