Black Micro Cap – OT Cap – Rhein 83

Black Micro Cap is used in dental laboratory during the production of restorations on micro sized Ball Attachment/Abutments (Ø 1.8mm).

Instruction to use Black Micro Cap

After the production of restoration, Black Cap is inserted into Housing for adjustment. After finishing adjustment the Black Cap is replaced with other colors.

Caps are placed in the restorations through Mono OT Box Housing/Stainless Steel Housing/Titanium Housing. The Housings will take place inside of the restoration during the production process.

The Housing keeps the cap more durable and also replaceable in the restoration.

This Cap is inserted into or removed from Housings using  Inserter/Remover Tool for Caps. This tool has a hook head to grab and remove the caps and inserter head which is used to insert the cap into housing.
