This system includes a titanium threaded sphere (Micro size) together with a titanium bond-in threaded sleeve, allowing the attachment to be securely integrated into CAD/CAM milled bars or traditionally cast bars using the lost-wax technique. The sleeve is bonded into the bar structure during fabrication, after which the Micro threaded attachment is screwed into the sleeve, ensuring maximum precision and interchangeability of components.

Thanks to its standardized M1.6 threaded connection, this product provides excellent stability and allows dental technicians to easily install, remove, or replace the attachment during prosthetic maintenance. The attachment is compatible with OT Cap retentive caps housed in stainless steel or titanium housings, which are available in different retention levels to customize the overdenture’s retention according to clinical requirements.
