Plastic Positioner Micro – OT Cap – Rhein 83

OT Cap – Plastic Positioner Micro is a plastic ring .

This positioner is used to define the exact place where the Mono OT Box should be connected to Frame. This positioner is suitable for normal sized Ball Attachment/Abutments (Ø 1.8mm).

Instruction to use Plastic Positioner Micro

It is placed around the Ball Attachment , and Mono OT Box (castable housing) is placed on it. Next step is Wax up of the restoration frame, and casting the wax model.

After casting, Cap is inserted into or removed from Housings using Inserter/Remover Tool for Caps. This tool has a hook head to grab and remove the caps and inserter head which is used to insert the cap into housing.
