OT Cap – Presectioned Beveled Normal Bar (Ø 2.5mm) is used by Dental Technicians to cast a Attachment Balls, mostly connected to another fixed restoration.

Instruction to use Presectioned Beveled Normal Bar

These Spheres are normally placed connected to another fixed restoration. After production of the male, a cap and a housing will be used to prepare the restoration side.

Caps are placed in the restorations through Mono OT Box Housing/Stainless Steel Housing/Titanium Housing. The Housings will take place inside of the restoration during the production process.

The Housing keeps the cap more durable and also replaceable in the restoration.

A Cap is inserted into or removed from Housings usingInserter/Remover Tool for Caps. This tool has a hook head to grab and remove the caps and inserter head which is used to insert the cap into housing.
