Unibox Castable – Rhein 83

The Unibox Castable is the Double Housing of the Unilateral Castable Attachment. The Unilateral castable attachment from Rhein83 is specifically intended for unilateral, bilateral or implant bar applications without additional support from milled bracing arms.
Its exclusive design features a two-in-one combination of 1.8 mm horizontal and vertical spheres utilizing OT CAP and OT STRATEGY micro size female caps. The male section of the attachment is engineered with a vertical strut which extends through the base of the attachment providing exceptional lateral stability and distal support to the prosthesis. The Uni-Box female component is a one piece castable housing that covers the entire male section, adding superior strength to the acrylic.

Instruction to use Unibox Castable

This Attachment is connecte and casted to another fixed restoration. A Strategy Cap and a Micro Cap is used to provide retention between these Males and the Unilateral Restoration.

This Cap is inserted into or removed from Housings using Inserter/Remover Tool for Caps. This tool has a hook head to grab and remove the caps and inserter head which is used to insert the cap into housing.
