The Zubler Fire and Press Furnace 330e ZR is a high-end dental pressing and firing furnace designed to deliver exceptional precision for lithium disilicate pressing and ceramic firing workflows. Developed for modern dental laboratories, it combines intelligent pressing technology, advanced temperature control, and automated process management to achieve consistent, high-quality restorations.

Designed primarily as a pressing furnace but equally powerful as a firing oven, the 330.e ZR features fully automatic dynamic pressing power control. The furnace continuously adjusts pressing force during the workflow based on object geometry, material volume, and flow behavior. This prevents premature termination of the pressing process, reduces investment ring stress, and ensures highly precise pressing results.

At the core of the system is the ADVANCED PRESS™ process, which ensures homogeneous temperature distribution from the furnace sensor to the interior of the press ring. This minimizes reaction layers, produces smooth surfaces, shortens pressing times, and significantly reduces finishing effort — particularly when processing lithium disilicate ceramics.

The integrated TTC (Time-Temperature-Cooling) mode enables controlled linear cooling between 5 °C/min and 45 °C/min, reducing the risk of cracks and chipping during ceramic firing on zirconia frameworks. Complementing this, the Z-Dry Mode uses a virtual sensor to maintain a constant pre-drying temperature of approximately 150 °C, preventing bubbles and microcracks while improving workflow efficiency.

A large full-touch display with intuitive menu navigation allows easy creation, editing, and management of programs. Programs can be organized in folders similar to a computer interface, and parameters can be adjusted even during a running program. USB connectivity provides access to downloadable programs, software updates, and extended service features.
