The Zubler Sinter Furnace S430 is a high-precision dental sintering furnace engineered for both speed and conventional zirconia sintering. Designed for modern dental laboratories, it combines intelligent process control, energy efficiency, and durable heating technology to ensure reliable and reproducible sintering results.
The furnace features four molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements, delivering homogeneous heat distribution across the firing chamber and enabling consistent zirconia framework quality. These high-performance heating elements support long-term sintering processes up to 1650 °C and can be individually replaced, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
With 500 programmable memory locations and up to 5 + 1 freely programmable heating ramps, the S430 provides maximum flexibility for customized sintering workflows. Heating rates can be set from 1 °C to 100 °C/min, allowing laboratories to optimize both high-speed and conventional sintering cycles for different zirconia materials.
The integrated TTC (Time-Temperature-Cooling) mode ensures an actively controlled linear cooling phase, returning restorations safely to lower temperatures and minimizing the risk of cracks, chipping, and structural stress. A dedicated regeneration program protects the heating elements by forming a protective layer, maintaining performance and extending lifespan.
For operational reliability, the Power-Fail-Control (PFC) system evaluates temperature loss during power interruptions and decides whether to continue or safely end the sintering cycle, informing the user about the interruption duration for quality assessment.
The newly developed two-level sintering dish system with high-purity materials ensures uniform temperature distribution, protects restorations from discoloration, and provides sufficient space for wide-span constructions within a closed system.
Thanks to high energy efficiency (approx. 1.12 W/cm³) and intelligent heating control, the S430 offers low operating costs while maintaining precise temperature control (±3 °C at 1500 °C), making it a reliable solution for daily laboratory production.
